$140 for 45 minutes

Sessions are currently provided in home or at business. One on one session with physical therapist. Price is the same for initial visit and follow up visits. Session can include any treatment provided in services pending client’s/patient’s needs.

45 min video session $100

Online video session through Doxy. One on one session with physical therapist. Price is the same for initial visit and follow up visits. Session can include any treatment provided in services pending client’s/patient’s needs except hands on work.

Packages

5 – 45 minute visits for $650 ($50 savings)

Sessions are currently provided in home or at business. One on one session with physical therapist. Price is the same for initial visit and follow up visits with a saving of $50 per package. Session can include any treatment provided in services pending client’s needs.

Description of each Service

Movement Assessment
  • Initial assessment of general foundational movements such as touching toes, squat, and other movements to assess joint health.
  • This will include full body movement as well as any specific activity necessary such as squat, running or hiking.
  • It will be assessed as needed in future sessions to ensure progress is being made.
  • Most importantly will be getting an idea if pain occurs in one motion over another, this can be a clear indicator that injury is possible.
  • Postural assessment is included in movement assessment and will be assessed with movements as well as statically.
  • Exercise and other treatment such as manual tissue and/or joint work can be prescribed after movement assessment.
  • This can be important for anyone who is looking to return to exercise/activity or are currently performing exercise/activity.
Movement Training and Exercise prescription
  • Based on movement assessment training will be performed to improve foundational movements.
  • Examples of this can be squat, hip hinge (deadlift), step up, lunge, reach, lift, and other variations.
  • Exercises will be given to reinforce the progression of strength, flexibility, endurance and overall mobility. Also, will be given based on Cardio assessment.
  • Assessment of current exercise prescription, as well as contact with other fitness providers to ensure appropriate program.
Manual Assessment
  • A more in depth look as tissue and joint health in the body.
  • An example of this can be assessing joint mobility, flexibility or any tissue restriction.
  • The manual assessment can lead to general treatment including exercises or therapist working hands on to address restriction.
Cardiac|Endurance Assessment
  • Focus on Heart Rate, and possibly blood pressure, and how it is affected by movement. This can include walking, stairs, or any activity of choice.
  • This can include someone who is recovering from cardiac procedure and is nervous about returning to exercise. (Ensuring you are cleared by MD)
  • Even if someone does not have history of cardiac issues it is important to have this assessment to ensure overall health.
  • Guidelines and specific exercise given to ensure controlled progression of exercise.
Stress Management
  • Breathing assessment with correction if needed
  • Teaching and education on meditation and how to apply to reduce pain or just to improve.
  • Body awareness that will be in conjunction with posture assessment to reduce load on joints and muscles.
  • Techniques used based on research to reduce long term pain.
